Do I Need an EBVS® Certified Veterinary Radiologist?

Advances in animal care have led to a wider range of highly specialized imaging procedures, including radiology, ultrasound/sonography, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 

Radiologists certified and diplomates of ECVDI® or ACVR® undergo 3-4 years of training after obtaining their veterinary degree, focusing exclusively on the application of these imaging modalities.
